The hydrostatic test system works by filling the test piece (shell, pipeline, pressure vessel etc.) with liquid medium (usually clean water), then gradually pressurizing the medium to the specified test pressure and maintaining pressure for a required holding time. It monitors pressure changes and the integrity of the workpiece in real time.
By applying static hydraulic pressure, the system checks whether the workpiece has leakage, plastic deformation or structural failure under rated or overload pressure. It verifies the pressure-bearing capacity, sealing performance and structural strength of the specimen. With automatic pressure compensation, the system stabilizes pressure during the holding stage and automatically records pressure-time data for judgment.
The system simulates high-pressure service environments for marine equipment, special electrical housings, pressure parts and piping systems. It is widely used in:
It adopts integrated structure and fast workpiece loading/unloading. The built-in software realizes automatic control, data judgment and storage, reducing manual labor and improving the automation level of pressure testing.
