1.2 Vender in charge of debugging, startup and acceptance after completion.

1.3 Vender in charge of technical training of purchaser technical staff and operator staff.

1.4 Vender to provide 10s technical follow-up service, guide and solve technical problem during operating in time.  

1.5 Vender to provide anodic protection high temperature concentrated sulfuric pipes on favorable terms.

1.6 Vender to provide consulting service about new products and technology for free.

1.7 Remote real-time online monitoring system base on 3G net will remote real-time wireless monitoring field date. Which help vender service purchaser conveniences.  

(2)After Sale Services

2.1 Vender provides one-year warranty for the equipment supply to purchaser. Under warranty, any quality problem cause by design, manufacture, choose of material and assemble, vender will repair, improve and replace.  

2.2 Guarantee persistent provides special spares on favorable terms.

2.3 Post User Visit Sheet per season to get equipment operation condition and guide user.

2.4 Irregular send technical staff to plant get information of equipment each year, provides technical service and experience.

2.5 Provide washing service, antiscale technology, sterilize, algae removal technology. And provide corresponding chemicals on favorable terms.
