10 MPa Deep-sea Environment Simulation Test System Project

     10 MPa Deep-sea Environment Simulation Test System, Model CDI-PT-A-D-10. This vertical autoclave performs external hydrostatic pressure strength tests for over twenty types of large shell sections, rated at maximum 10 MPa with 700–1000 annual test cycles. It integrates hydraulic lid actuation, pressurization/depressurization unit, high-pressure vessel, audible-visual alarm, water handling system, PLC control and data acquisition. The Q345R pressure vessel has an inner diameter of 1000 mm and effective height of 4000 mm, accepting test pieces up to Ø535 mm × 2200 mm. The hydraulic quick-open lid with safety interlock can be opened within 20 minutes. The pressurization system uses an Italian Interpump plunger pump with variable frequency control, staged pressurization and automatic pressure compensation. The control system is built on Advantech IPC and Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC, supporting real-time time-pressure curve display, automatic data recording, multi-format export, fault diagnosis and emergency pressure relief. All standard pressure points come with third-party metrological certificates.
