processes during regularly or irregularly, can inspect, the method is to pass small or completely
closed cooling water inlet valve, and make the water side pressure lateral pressure, open than acid
water side, the use of PH dipstick drainage outlet for inspection.
3. If the cooling water appeared, it should be closed immediately acidic water valve, will draw light,
closed rectifers power, stop acid pump, open, observation tank sealing heads on both ends with PH
dipstick orifice, such as leakage acid parts to determine.
4.Close import and export acid of valve. Empty cooler .
5. With water pipe head acid, and oxygen - rush clean already alkynyl gas welding process baked
place, using 316L or 1Cr18Ni9Ti bulkhead, will leak sour tube, quartz ends with tungsten pole
while argon arc welding or manual arc welding, electrode welding process by 316L rod.

C.Cathode

(large). If leakage acid, but tight inner pressure on the cover four nuts; If is leaking, and tight on the
cover outside pressure four nuts.
2. Four years later, the equipment running out a cathode, when overhaul if severely corrosive, can
change.
D.Cooling water
1. The water side fault is mainly refers to sundry or scale of heat exchange tube and influence the
blockage or because of the heat transfer efficiency concentration caused Cl ˉ scale to the heat
exchange tube perforation.
2.Cooling water outlet temperature should be less than 45 degrees (softened water except) to
prevent fouling, the scale of scaling serious when, under chloride ions easy enrichment, when
enrichment to certain value increasing concentration, occurs when scale corrosion under chloride
ions perforation, killing equipment damage.
3. When there is a 10% reduction circulating water flow rate as fault, should handle in time.
4.If the fault it is water such as silt sediment deposition, can use high pressure water washing.
5. If the scale in tube wall, firm attached with the conventional method can not cleared, can
consider to use chemical cleaning technoloCD processing, the time appropriate chooses in
equipment overhaul period.
6. Chemical cleaning verboten hydrochloric acid and contains high chlorine ion in the cleaning
solution.
