  The anodic protection acid cooler is fully customized based on your specific working conditions, including acid concentration (mostly 93% to 98% sulfuric acid or oleum), operating temperature, and heat exchange requirements. Made of austenitic stainless steel such as 316, it integrates an electrochemical anodic protection system to ensure stable operation in harsh corrosive environments. The custom design optimizes heat transfer efficiency while matching the actual layout of your equipment. Its core principle is to use a potentiostat to maintain the metal surface at a passivation potential, forming a dense passive film to reduce corrosion rate to an extremely low level. This cooler effectively prevents through-wall pitting and hydrogen grooving, avoids acid leakage risks, and ensures pure acid quality. It is widely applied in sulfuric acid plants and chemical processes, with the advantages of long service life, low maintenance cost and safe reliability.
