The deep sea environmental simulation test equipment is capable of simulating the hydrostatic pressure environment corresponding to 0-12,000 m deep water (120 MPa). It is widely used for pressure resistance and sealing performance tests of products operating under deep water high pressure conditions, including various deep submergence vehicles, underwater robots, deep sea detectors and sensors.
Parameters such as pressure rising time, pressure rising rate, pressure holding detection range, pressure holding duration, and upper/lower limits of test pressure can be set arbitrarily. Equipped with a pressure chamber as required, the equipment achieves water depth control with an accuracy of 10 meters. External cables can be connected to measure stress strain and conduct electrical performance tests.
The deep-sea environmental simulation test facility mainly consists of an autoclave and a pressure system.
For opening and closing the pressure vessel, its lid-opening mechanism supports either manual or automatic lid-opening modes.
